End User License Agreement
IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the Stealtify rights holder for the Stealtify application, including the compiled Android package (APK/AAB), its binaries and accompanying documentation. By downloading, installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
© 2025–2026 Stealtify. All rights reserved. The Software is proprietary.
1. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all right, title and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in this Agreement.
2. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software, in its unmodified binary form, on devices that you own or control, for your own use.
3. Restrictions
Except to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law or by a license governing a third-party component (see section 5), you must NOT:
- redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise make the Software available to third parties;
- modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or attempt to derive its source code;
- remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, including this Agreement or the NOTICE file;
- use the Software to build a competing product or service.
The source code of the Stealtify application — outside the third-party components listed in section 5 — is NOT published and is not licensed to you.
4. No open-source license to Stealtify code
This Agreement supersedes any prior draft license for Stealtify's own code, including any earlier FSL or source-available drafts. Stealtify's own code is proprietary and closed-source.
5. Third-party components
The Software includes third-party open-source components, each licensed under its own terms as listed in the NOTICE file distributed with the Software. Those components remain governed by their respective licenses. Nothing in this Agreement limits, or is intended to limit, any right granted to you under those third-party licenses; in case of conflict, the third-party license controls for that component.
In particular, the Software includes a MODIFIED version of xray-core (github.com/xtls/xray-core), licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0). In accordance with the MPL-2.0, the complete source code of the modified files is made available to any recipient of the Software free of charge on written request to the contact below. This obligation applies regardless of the closed-source status of the rest of the Software.
6. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
8. Lawful use
You are solely responsible for using the Software in compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to you.
9. Term and termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies. Sections 1, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 10 survive termination.
10. General
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
